Matthew 2:14-15 states the following:
And he rose and took the child and his mother by night, and departed to Egypt, and remained there until the death of Herod. This was to fulfil what the Lord had spoken by the prophet, "Out of Egypt have I called my son."

vs Hosea 11:1

Hosea 11:1-5

11:1 When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt.

11:2 As they called them, so they went from them: they sacrificed unto Baalim, and burned incense to graven images.

11:3 I taught Ephraim also to go, taking them by their arms; but they knew not that I healed them.

11:4 I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love: and I was to them as they that take off the yoke on their jaws, and I laid meat unto them.

11:5 He shall not return into the land of Egypt, and the Assyrian shall be his king, because they refused to return.

Was Jesus' name Israel? Did Jesus sacrifice unto Baalim and burn incence to graven images. Was the Assyrian his king?

NO, of COURSE this prophecy refers to Israel which WAS called out of Egypt, sacrificed to Baalim and burned incense to graven images. This prophecy was made while the Israelis were fighting the Assyrians as a way of explaining to the Israelis that the Assyrians were winning because the Israelis weren't loyal to Jehovah. No Christian could, with all intellectual honesty, consider this to be a prophecy of Jesus!
