Did All animals live at the same time? This would mean that T-Rexs were contemporaries of mammoths and humans. Does this make sense? Dinosaurs would so overpower all of the surrounding fauna that oral and written tradition would be filled with stories about them and yet they are absent. Instead of gods being represented by bulls and lions - they would be represented by Titanosaurs and Gorgosaurs. Greek mythology is filled with bizarre and strange creatures - but nothing that looks anything like a dinosaur. We find ancient carvings, paintings and statues of bears, lions, antelopes and boars but nothing resembling real dinosaurs. Dinosaur hide, bones and meat would be treasured and possibly held sacred by our ancestors and yet we find no hand-tooled dinosaur bones or hides and no information on the cooking and eating of dinosaur flesh. The comprehensive Jewish kosher code never mentions dinosaur flesh which it certainly would have if the animals existed. Christians sometimes point to one or two odd artifacts and maybe a painting that might be a dinosaur. A coelocanth type appearance may be possible but thriving populations of Dinosaurs would evoke more than one fuzzy cave painting and a statue that MIGHT be a plesiosaur. One, maybe reference in Job is not enough - Dinosaur mention would be all over The Bible, Egyptian hieroglyphics, Assyrian folk tales and dominate the art of the time. It is the absolute silence from all these cultures that is deafening! Dinosaurs and humans were certainly not contemporary.
